A.    Starburst Games has been hiring and selling gaming equipment for for over 10 years in New South Wales. The company originally traded as Starburst Pty Ltd with the name being change in 2000.

Q.    Where does product come from?

A.    Product is sourced from the best quality  Government licensed gaming sources both in Australia & overseas.

Q.    Does product cost more purchasing through Starburst Games?

A. No, prices are no higher than dealing direct from our sources and in some cases prices are cheaper. It is the convenience of being able to shop at the one site.

Q.    How are the goods shipped?

A.    The goods are shipped FOB according to the customers requested mode of transport direct from the supplier - Sea or Air Freight. We ship product all over the world using discounted freight rates.

Q. Do you provide COD facilities

A. In Australia we use Australia Post Collect where we can send the goods to the customer and they don't pay for them until they pick the goods up from the local Post Office.

The Proprietor of Global Gaming Supplies has undergone probity checks for Gaming in the Australian Capital Territory which has strict gaming Licensing laws in place. Global Gaming Supplies will always act in a responsible, ethical manner that will protect the rights of the customer.
